Before sending us an email, retrieve the Log Files.


Retrieve the Log Files directly from the application or from your Windows Explorer.


From the Application


Step 1- You can get the Log Files directly from the application by clicking on Help and Open Logs Folder 



Step 2-  Get the most recent file, and send it as an attachment in an email to support@nawmal.com




From your Windows Explorer


STEP 1- Open Windows Explorer and type this path, or paste-it, in the address bar: %TEMP%\nawmal\nawmal\Logs
