When you save a project that you have not yet exported, nawmal has its own video format which is .nwml .
You can send the nwml file to anyone that has the nawmal application. If you have the MAKE version, make sure that the person you want to share your video with has the same version as you. Take note that EDU does not support the MAKE features.
